Comments: I found 50 megs alright at the start. They had a decent file manager. However, they didn`t even have FTP and only really only offered 12MB of space. And the number of adverts on their site became intolerable, and that is why I am here.

Comments: Have MS (giveing me some issues useing brain)tryed building sites with other hosts did not work. 50meg was great as there layout of building a site is best for me ? WORKS GREAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE! MAKES GETTING PAST THAT CODE/OTHER LANGUAGE THING.HTML. Leif Olson

Comments: 5 thumbs down. Our website and email have been down for 6 days. I and my staff have talked to 6 different people in tech support, customer service, and billing. All are in India and don`t seem to know how to take care of the problem except to tell me they will email me when it is taken care of---HELLO--our email is DOWN! Then they say I have to call Melbourne, Australia about our domain name---which we got through them and not through whos it or whats it or anyone else in Australia. When I told the billing dept. to unsubscribe us and give me the authorization code I was told I would have it in 72 hours--well, that was a long time ago. No one in the US can be talked to, every thing is in India! The address is Orem, Utah, parent company in California and all business done in INDIA! I am very fed up and will call every number I can find to get our domain released from this bunch of unprofessional outsourced people. And would you believe the CEO is a Harvard Grad????
