Comments: Speaking as someone who can` get his email right now, I`m not entirely sure HostRocket is all it`s cracked up to be. Due to unusually high call volume, Hostrocket is unable to take your call right now. Please call back later. This is not an acceptable means of customer service. Whenever the have scheduled downtime it is usually followed by hours and hours of UNSCHEDULED DOWNTIME! Like yesterday, when they shut down the email service for upgrades for two hours which turned out to be four, they then had to schedule more downtime for the following day for further upgrades or to fix what they broke. That was scheduled for six am and I still cant get my mail at eleven. Whatever to Hostrocket...
