Comments: This is one of the worst web hosting companies. Extreme poor support from the staff. Tickets are not resolved within 2 hours, calls are not answered within seconds. I wonder how do they get their 10 years of excellence.. To date, I have contacted them 4-5 times via their online forms, call centres, but I do not get a response from them. I have waited for 5 days for my VDS, but not a single email from them has been received. Most likely this free VDS offer from them, is a scam to get credits cards. If you are planning to get hosted with them, think thrice! There are much better host out there.

Comments: Jumpline.com is dishonest. I jumped in on the free plan and told them three separate times within a month to cancel my account. They still charged my card $200 and when I disputed the charge they told me too bad and that they wouldn`t bill me the following year. I couldn`t believe it when I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and saw they already have 12 complaints!
