Comments: Their customer service isn`t. They advertise 24/7 phone, but when you do call, you get a full mail box or call back later. I`ve been lied to. I`m moving my 3 domains elsewhere.

Comments: i would tell ppl important thing i have purchased and paid money for this (midphase) companies before 7 dayz untill now, nobody sent me the information even answered the emails that i sent.. i asking 100best site make sure is the midphase hosting company a real company or not cuz. i don`t want ppl do my mistake Best Regards

Comments: I have been developing a site on midphase for some months now. I also have space at icdsoft and other web hosts where I have no problems. Midphase uses blue-light specials to get people hooked, then provides zilch in customer service. Their support-ticket techs have very limited English and can`t comprehend or answer most of the questions. I have one ticket that has 38 messages back and forth to resolve a simple login problem. I have had terrible problems with my server being overloaded and when I call their support line and report it, they quote server uptime statistics back at me and tell me it isn`t so. My server status on cpanel shows the server overload and I`ve done screen shots to capture the overloads and failures. I`ve called customer service repeatedly and gotten a voicemail to leave a message. Callbacks never come. I`ve gotten through to a customer service rep twice and been promised a call-back from a customer service supervisor. The call never comes. Run away from midphase!! Run fast!!!
