Comments: Powweb customer service is quick, responsive and professional. I have used powweb for a little bit and find it not particular fit to my need. Not Powweb`s fault, but it is just my special requirements. I made a request to cancel my account and it was taken care of immediately, and I was promised the full money back accordingly to the policy.
